Welcome

A warm welcome to Hummersea Primary School.

We are extremely proud of our school and hope that you find our website both useful and informative!

As a school family, we strongly believe that all children are able to succeed as we develop their knowledge, skills and talents to achieve. We aim to find ways to inspire our children to have high aspirations, have the courage to try new things and be the best they can be.

All members of our school community are respected and valued so that everyone can have a positive attitude towards themselves, others and life. We believe that we are all learners on a journey that is sometimes challenging, often exciting and always worthwhile, as we show care for others and strive to achieve excellence. Our relationships, daily interactions and the decisions we make at Hummersea are routed in our shared values. We work together to ensure all our children experience success and reach the highest standards of academic achievement, whilst nurturing their self-belief.

The excellent start begins in Nursery and continues through the school with staff providing a happy, supportive and purposeful environment, and a curriculum that excites and stimulates children’s imagination and creative thinking. Outside of the school day, we offer a range of after school clubs as well as breakfast club everyday.

Detailed information can be found in the pages of our website but please do not hesitate to contact the school on 01287 641781 if there is anything we can help you with.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.
